The Associations that form part of the ROC HOTELS group.
Your data will not be provided to third parties, except for under legal obligation. Specifically, your information will be provided to the Tax Administration State Agency and the banks and financial entities for the payment of service provided or product purchased, in addition to those responsible for the necessary processing for the creation of the agreement.
In the event of purchase or payment, if you use an application, webpage, platform, bank card, or any other online service, your data will be transferred to that platform or will be processed in the same portal, with the maximum protection guaranteed.

Tratamos los datos de carácter personal con la finalidad de elaborar contratos, nóminas y seguros sociales (TC1 y TC2), cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales y pago de nóminas.

Los datos personales proporcionados se conservarán, mientras se mantenga la relación laboral y no se solicite su supresión por el interesado, durante un plazo de 5 años a partir de la extinción de la relación laboral entre ambas partes.
